Our Policies

• Corner Music accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Paypal for in-store purchases.
• For phone and online orders, we accept Paypal only. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

For items purchased online: We will allow a 2-Day/48 Hour inspection period from the time you receive your item.  Within that 48 hours, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please notify us explaining the reasons you wish to return the item.  You are responsible for all return shipping charges, and the item must be in the exact condition it was prior to leaving our store.  A restocking charge will be applied to any item with damage or noticeable wear incurred while in your possession.

For items purchased in-store: Returns for credit, or an exchange for a different item are welcome up to 30 days for from receipt of your purchase. If your item is defective, we will gladly exchange it for a new one.  Should you decide you'd like a different item instead, we will gladly use 100% of your original purchase price towards the product you desire. For product exchanges, you will be responsible for any insured return shipping, and the item must be in the same condition it was received.

Layaways

20% Down Minimum* with a guaranteed holding time of 3 months.  If after 3 months the item is not paid in full, the item will be placed back into stock for sale, and your deposit will be forfeited.

*No refunds or exchanges on layaway items.

Special Orders

50% Down Minimum - All deposits are non-refundable

Balance due in full when item arrives at Corner Music. If the item is not paid in full in 30 days, item is placed into stock, for sale and any deposits are forfeited. Regrettably, no credits or refunds can be issued for Special Orders

Shipping is limited to purchases shipped within the continental United States. *For oversized items, additional shipping and handling charges will apply. 

On a Deadline? 2-Day & 1-Day Express Delivery

Express shipping is available at additional cost.  Should you need speedy delivery of your order, please call (615-297-9559) or contact us via email: info@cornermusic.com and we will get you a shipping quote for the options you desire.

Transit Time

Delivery time will vary depending on your location.  However, once your order is shipped, we will email you with tracking information.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

Canadian Orders

Shiping rates will be higher for Canadian orders. For these orders, please be aware of customs fees - such as taxes and duties - when your order arrives. Since these fees vary from location to location, CUSTOMS FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SHIPPING CHARGES. Please check with your local customs office for more information on the fees in your area. Refusal to pay these fees will result in an undeliverable order. If returned, we do not refund shipping charges, and may assess restocking fees to cover return shipping expenses.

Military/APO Addresses

We appreciate all our men and women in uniform. We are happy to provide discounted shipping to Military and APO addresses.  Simply email us: info@cornermusic.com and we will provide you with a discounted shipping cost.

International Shipping

Due to rising shipping costs and difficulty with dependability of foreign shipping services, Corner Music no longer offers worldwide shipping. We will occasionally make exceptions, but in general, international shipping is no longer an option.

For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware of customs fees — such as taxes and duties — when your order arrives. **KORG® USA products are excluded from shipping anywhere outside of the United States.

**Sales and shipping of Fender and other FMIC products are strictly limited to the United States and its territories. (In other words, please don’t ask us to ship Fender products outside the U.S.)

Corner Music pledges the same integrity, service and performance to our online customers, as we provide to our in-store clients. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and hope you will enjoy shopping with us again. When ordering an instrument from us, you can be confident; the gear you buy from us will meet the following criteria:

  • The product purchased online will be the one shipped to you. 
  • All instruments are inspected and set up prior to leaving our store. 
  • Instruments exceeding $999.00 will receive a custom adjustment, including your choice of string gauge and action height. 
  • We insure, and professionally pack and ship all orders over $100. 
  • We offer a 48-hour inspection period upon the receipt of your package. 
  • We maintain a full warranty and repair department. 
  • We offer assistance on any item you purchase from our staff. 
  • You’ll have a positive experience every time you shop with us. 

Price Matching

Corner Music will match the advertised prices of identical and in-stock merchandize sold online in the United States.  Advertised prices must be current and published on the competitor’s website.  Please provide us with the advertisement’s link for verification.  You will receive an email authorizing the pricing once confirmed. Please keep in mind, applicable taxes and freight charges factor in the matching process.

*Price matching is not valid on used, closeout, rebated items or auction site items.

MAP Price Matching

Minimum Advertised Pricing is a policy adopted by most retail manufacturers, requiring all online retailers and advertisers to post pricing of new items for no less than the manufacturer's suggested price. Most music instrument companies strictly enforce their MAP policies, and violations can result in a retailer losing the product line.
