If you’re familiar with Bourgeois guitars, you’re aware of their legendary tone, superb voicing, outstanding workmanship and attention to detail. You’re also probably aware that their prices start above $6,000. Now, through a recent partnership with Eastman Music, we can offer Bourgeois’ guitars at a far more affordable price.
Every Bourgeois Touchstone series guitar starts out at Bourgeois’ Maine factory, where Alaskan Sitka Sitka spruce tops are hand-selected and voiced with Adirondack spruce braces by Dana Bourgeois and his team of luthiers. These are shipped to Eastman’s factory, where a small group of craftsmen assemble each guitar by hand to Bourgeois’ specifications, using mahogany back and sides, and mahogany necks with ebony fretboards. , Schaller tuners and a high-gloss finish complete the top-quality look and feel. Final setup and quality control are completed in Maine before shipment to dealers.
The result is a boutique-caliber guitar at a price far below Bourgeois’ U.S. made guitars. Pro players here agree that the look, tone, feel and finish compete with many of the finest American-made guitars. We think you’ll agree.
