Memorable music moment:

Selling someone their first guitar or helping a performer like Mac Davis, I enjoy getting the right acoustic to the right person. My favorite was Ed Robertson of the Barenaked Ladies. He was trying a custom Larrivée and my 4-year-old daughter came in with my wife to pick me up, and they jammed (her on uke) for 15 minutes. Pure joy! Then he bought the darn guitar.”
